The objective of this national competition is to design the housing society that is self-reliant and sustainable in term of economy, environment and society which can be replicated to make the network of satellite of our design of Ideal mixed used land. The work factor has been accomplished by introducing the orphanage within the housing society to promote charity and public service. The design factors included are:
• Variety of Passive measure to design a monolithic building module
• Integration of urban infrastructure, urban community spaces, global business, funding authority with the residential spaces.
Sustainable design responses to the site and spacial functionality of the scheme including:
o Passive design methods and design response to climatic conditions
o Use of local, innovative and sustainable building materials
o Renewable energy integration
o Water management concepts
o Biomass sustainability innovation.
